It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.
Sesame Double Shot is this beautiful caramel-tan, a real versatile color of Double Shot.
Our uppers are sewn right here in Eugene, alongside every other step of the process.
Sewing leather is a bit different than working with lighter textiles, from the more industrial sewing machines to the raw strength required to firmly hold the uppers.
We're not afraid of showing our boots up close, we've got nothing to hide.
Some Moc Toes in production you'll see next week.
Stacks of Waxed Flesh uppers right after having hardware added.
A Java Waxed Flesh restock is in the works.
The caramel tan color of this new Sesame Double Shot is really attractive.
Every step of our process requires skilled hands, maybe none more than lasting.
We're bringing more plain toe options to the people.
Cork filling is applied and evened out by hand with a heated iron.
Still proud as hell of this new lug sole, which fun fact is Made in the USA!
A sea of Ink Cheaha on our finishing racks.
Olive Teton Stag looks great on a wedge sole.
Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
