Factory Friday: October 18th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

We work with a number of tanneries whose innovations can be rapidly tested with our agile team.

Some leathers, like this veg tan for footbeds, get cut on our clicker press.

Navy Horse Rump being sewn.

Cypress in Upland form, customized during our second round of preorders.

Ink Cheaha with its waxy feel has been such a favored blue leather, and we'll be bringing some different makeups out this winter.

These boots are built from Cognac Teton Stag leather, originating from deer in the midwestern part of the country.

A pair of Sesame Double Shot Uplands making their way through production.

We're bringing Sesame Double Shot to all three lasts, with the moc toe being the last coming down.

What do you think of the Moc Toe + Heavy Lug combination?

Sesame Double Shot on the 56 last is coming soon.

The recent Java restock moved pretty quickly, so built a batch to restock.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
