Factory Friday: March 28th

Factory Friday: March 28th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

A stitcher in a sea of Java.

Over the shoulder of our closing sewer.

This week we've got a plain toe version, but next week, next week we've got the return of a classic, with a twist.

Sesame Double Shot uppers in waiting.

A Bull Elk preorder is paired with the accoridngly sized 20 last.

The factory rings out all day long with the sounds of hammering.

Stapling before the welt is attached.

Attention to details.

Lining out the fiberglass shanks prior to corking.

More boots in production right now than ever before.

Which means Vince is outsole stitching more than ever.

The finish sanding requires quite a high degree of eye-hand-coordination.

Charcoal Double Shot before being boxed and restocked this week.

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
