It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

The Bull Elk as it relaxes before cutting.

A new friend of the factory.

Clicking out midsoles.

Trimmed threads in sewing, or flying spaghetti monster?

The diamond texture on the wheel, the rough nap of coyote rough out and the unique topographic-esque fingerprint.

A new boot in Java Waxed Flesh is in production.

Lots of Tobacco Snakebite in the works.

Stapling the sides.

Sesame Double Shot on the 56 (easily distinguished from the 79 by the longer, lower toe).

The twisting cascade of our storm welt as it unspools.

Cork is a natural material that easily takes on the shape of the foot.

This is just about the last of the Coach Rambler.

Head on view of the Tobacco Snakebite. The pull-up in this leather is the tits.

Nearly finished awaiting outsole stitching.

Nearly the end of the line for these custom Java Waxed Flesh boots, ready to be sanded.
Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
