Factory Friday: January 24th

It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

State of the art technology paired with a deep understanding of manufacturing footwear, results in quality at scale.

We manufacture boots from the ground up, here in Eugene.

Research/development.

How many speedhooks do you think we go through a day?

Preorder on the 56 last making its way through production.

Ink Cheaha is getting its first restock of 2025.

A Coach Rambler boot getting stapled.

There is an artistry to the final sanding, ensuring an even edge all along the boot.

One of the last steps is beveling the edge of the midsole/welt for a smoother transition.

Each boot is thoroughly checked before being boxed.

An employee in their custom Trumans (leather: Tobacco Snakebite).

Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.
