It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

Every piece of the upper of every boot goes through these hands.

Garnet Rambler is a deep dusky plum color being built on the 56 last.

This is our outsole stitcher; at this scale the outsole thread looks like rope.

The application of heat to the already warmed cork creates a flat, smooth bottom onto which we place the midsole.

New leather samples arrived.

Working with new materials brings fresh challenges to our process and opportunities to shift how we've thought about things in the past.

Evergreen Cheaha anyone?

A pair of Natural Cypress at the end of the line, getting heeled.

Aside from the giant Black Waxed Flesh restock, we also finished up the last of the Seaweed Crazy Cow.
Hopefully this was an enjoyable insight into our process. Check back next week to see more.

Please, sir! If you are showcasing the moc toes, release them for sale! Its a terrible way to end a Friday seeing but not able to get a hold on them. Ha ha…
Amazing! Thanks for giving us a behind the scenes look into your factory.
